WHAT IS #bears4palestine?
#BEARS4PALESTINE is a heartfelt campaign that aims to shine a light on the ongoing crisis in Palestine and advocate for an immediate ceasefire.
Through the simple yet powerful symbol of handmade felt bears, this initiative seeks to convey the profound loss and tragedy experienced by the children of Palestine.
Each bear crafted with care serves as a poignant tribute, representing a child whose life has been tragically taken since Oct. 7th.
By distrubuting the bears across the UK, #BEARS4PALESTINE seeks to
spark conversations, raise awareness, and ultimately contribute to the collective efforts toward ending the violence and securing a brighter future for the people of Palestine.
WHy was #bears4palestine started?
With social media at our finger tips, we are watching this genocide unfold everyday and are becoming increasingly desensitised to the photos, facts and figures being released. This in itself is unfair and is such a privilege that we often fail to acknowledge. #BEARS4PALESTINE aims to bring the urgency to our doorstep here in the UK - we need a ceasefire IMMEDIATELY.
